Back to Back treat of five wonderful films
Titanic (1997)
Perhaps one of the most loved Hollywood film ever made and i am nothing different from Titanic's other fans. This 1997 film is still hugely loved and i have seen it several times for the timeless love story that has been told through the film. The beauty of Kate Winslet just steals my heart every time i watch this film, she looks like an angel. Leonardo Di Caprio's eyes seem to show all the emotions. James Cameron did a fine job, the emotions are so strong that you can feel it sitting in front of the screen.
Stepmom (1998)
Another epic film, although its a 1998 film but is relevant with every generation. The love of Mother and children never changes and it has been captured with mastery by Chris Columbus very efficiently. Frankly speaking i liked the Hindi remake of this film but it was nowhere near 'Stepmom'. Stepmom takes the story to a different level which the Hindi remake could not. Julia Roberts is too good as always and Susan matches up to her, actually i feel Susan Saradon does a better job. The end made me sob and surely everyone will agree with me.
Perfume - the story of a murderer (2006)
'Perfume - the story of a murderer' is a 2006 film by Tom Tykwer. It is one of my all time favourite thrillers. The cunning or rather the silent and brutal story line makes it a must watch and a film different from other films of the same genre. Ben Whishaw, the protagonist of the film does not have much dialogues but that is what makes the film even better, he is awesome. The way he kills the girls, strips them naked, shaves their heads and collects his desired fragrance from their body is just so brutal and cunning but he seems to be so innocent. You feel like hating the character but its excellence makes you love him.
Changeling (2008)
A beautiful story based on a real life incident. It tells the story of a mother in search of her son in old Los Angeles. Angelina's face seemed like it brought back the olden days thing into the film. This 2008 film, 'Changeling' is directed by Clint Eastwood. This mother dares to do everything that no one else ever dared, just to get back her son. It shows the corruption in political hierarchies. Angelina Jolie surely gives one of her best performances till date besides 'A Mighty Heart'. The end is not a happy one and it will surely haunt you for many days if you have really loved the film.

Erin Brokovich (2000)
'Erin Brokovich' is a biographical film directed by Steven Soderbergh. Starring the extremely talented and sober looking Julia Roberts in the title role. Julia swept all the major awards for the best actress in this year for this film. The film tells the story of an unemployed single mother and how she gets into a lawsuit and helped out the people of a small town win the battle against a huge company. The original Erin Brokovich on whose life the film is based also makes a guest appearance in the film. This film has a little shares of humour too which makes it even a more wonderful watch.
